	Sunday, May 3: Rev. Dr. Rich Kirchherr preaches the sermon, The Journey. Sunday, May 17: Dr. Rich Kirchherr preaches the sermon, A Letter to God. While cleaning out for rummage, Rich came across an old grammar book that offered letter writing guidance. The advice could aid us in our communication with God as well.

	Sunday, May 24:Dr. Paul Stiffler leads our Memorial Day weekend service along with recent new member Dr. Nancy Lee, professor of Religious Studies at Elmhurst College.

Did you know that our Parish Nurse Deb Stankiewicz conducted over 700 consultations last year? During that same time, Debbie made 226 referrals to physicians and other health care professionals. In case you didn't know: our Parish Nurse/Health Ministry program is here for you -- our members. If you or a loved one has a medical concern and you need a place to start, we urge you to call Debbie at 246-1900x18.

Debbie works 32 hours a week. She helps with our preschool program, our confirmation program; conducts annual health screenings; leads support groups, Tai Chi classes, and educational programs. She cares for the heart, soul and body of this congregation, and for that we are extremely grateful.
